I've spent over ten years designing digital products, from railway logistics tools to health data to airline apps. UX and product design is where I'm deepest, but I've worked every stage of the cycle, from product management to programming. It makes me useful in the room between disciplines.

The work I like most has real user pain, thorny problems with a lot of moving parts, and gets solved alongside the people who live with it.

I use AI tools in every project to validate ideas fast and clear the mechanical work, so more of my time goes where it matters: next to the people I'm designing for.
